Payment Terms
Secure Your Date with a Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 35% of your total package cost is required within 24 hours of making an enquiry. This is what locks in your date.
Balance Payment Deadline
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 12 days before your scheduled event date.
Cancellation Policy
If your event is cancelled, please note that the 35% deposit is non-refundable and serves as compensation for the date being held. However, if new developments arise within 48 hours of paying the deposit, a refund may be considered.
Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change after 3 months from the date of initial enquiry should any new developments arise. We will always communicate any changes transparently.
Luxury Setup (Optional)
Opting for our premium bar setup will add 10% to your total package cost. This is entirely optional and can be discussed at the time of booking.
